We are converting this 3 bedroom semi-detached house into 4-large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washroom house in North London.
The works commenced with the property being completely stripped to leave only the external brick walls. We then dig up the foundations and fill them back in with concrete for a new outlay of the property. Once everything has dried and hardened - we are able to elevate the construction of the 2 story side-extension and the story-and-half rear extension in Muswell Hill. Expanding the property drastically by 78m2  in usable floor area - from the original 82m2 .
Our next step is to renovate the roof and its structure to make sure everything is sealed and ready for a electrics, plumbing and heating. In the midst of the works, the exterior of the property will be fitted with upgraded thermal insulation.
Tomson Construction will then begin finishing the property that will compose of all-round high standard, custom purpose-build features, polished concrete flooring and up-most attention to detail.
