Once demolish and clearing has been complete, the fun starts. The creation of the skeleton begins. 
This is one of the most important stages of a build. The structure needs to be well calculated and designed by a regulated structural engineer. The build is from solid steel framework, consisting of vertical and horizontal beams. The beams fixed together with rivets, welding, nuts & bolts, when erecting this fascinating structure.
