BREAKING NEWS! Brookfield Close is now complete. Another complete redevelopment. 

Our first job when we first entered was to strip the house bare. From there we have begun a total transformation with new electrics and plumbing. Once completed we began bringing the property back to life with new plaster, paint, and décor on the interiors.

From the hallway we have created a new staircase layout under which there is a new cupboard and bespoke shoe drawer by Dennken. Off the staircase is a new office area. To create a barrier between homelife and the new work from home office we have used loft doors. Giving the privacy needed when in the office but also keeping it open and light with the feel of space. 

The kitchen and dining area has been transformed into a bright and spacious open plan area. There are 2 new bathrooms and utility room. In the bathroom a new heated mirror, keeping it steam free and electrical underfloor heating for those cold winter mornings. Also fitted is a new glass wall bringing a modern element to the property. There is also a new porch with opening wall to the outside.

When finishing the property, Tomson Construction used the best materials and appliances such as the aluminium bi-folding door and upvc two colour windows we fitted here. 

Structurally, the house was completely thermo insulated with a new silicone render to maximise efficiency. A brand new roof was built and fitted as well as new luxurious vinyl flooring.
