Tomson Construction Ltd has embarked yet another challenge.
We have partnered with a private individual to succumb the difficulty of a task unheard of to any other local construction company - an investment into the property market with its risks reduced for maximum profit.      

We have been approached by an individual looking to attain the means of second income through investment into the property market. Said individual came to the possession of a rundown 3 bedroom Semi-detached in Welling, Bexley but lacked finances and the experience to turn it into a time-worthy profit.  Tomson Construction offered financial backing alongside its comprehensive in-house team and began works on October, 2018.  
What previously had been a 78m2 semi-detached has now had its interior extracted and is well on the way to double in usable floor space and become a 152m2 family home with all-round high standard, custom purpose-build features, polished concrete flooring and up-most attention to foreseeable returns.
