Once again, another amazing project completed in Raglan Street, Kentish Town. Where we hold ourselves to the highest standards. Re-working the complete house from top to bottom, makes the neighbours envy the house with modern, bright and beautiful designs. 

Upon entering through a solid wood front door, providing better thermal efficiency and most important security.  Firstly by stepping in, on engineered flooring, a warm greeting of new plaster and a fresh coat of paint gives people a desire to walk further in. 

Dennkens Bespoke Furniture design, a hidden wall with a flush made wardrobe creating space for jackets and shoes for home owners as well as their guests.  Moving through to the hallway with underfloor heating, by passing a hidden toilet under the staircase and discovering a beautiful white kitchen. Eye catching marble top with a white panels that have are slim and neatly installed, providing plenty of intelligent storage solutions. 

Looking up seeing the solid oak joists providing a warm feeling with a matching oak bi-fold doors.  The floor has a smooth polished concrete, providing a modern feel.

Upstairs – slim – long, floor to ceiling click in, click out, handless wardrobes with endless packing space, including a hidden boiler.  Passing through, into the bathroom with a bespoke made floating vanity cabinet and a massive mirror hanging above it.   

The exterior has been completely reworked making the property stand out from those around it. Underpinning, added extension and a smooth appearance of dark silicone render. New sash windows, oak windows and roof windows fitted to bring the light into the interior.

Our in-house team provided new plumbing and electrics as well creating a new under stairs toilet.

Inside looks like a completely different property from when we first entered last year. Upon entering through the new oak doors, you are greeted with new plaster and painting on the walls. The new oak joist ceiling leads you into the property where comfort is the key. New underfloor heating to keep you warm on the winter nights. Bespoke hall wardrobes and kitchen provide plenty of intelligent storage solutions.
